The Hipower Signature Program is a series of 6 workshops led by a distinguished faculty that includes coaches, brand experts, organizational development consultants and storytellers, culminating in a group offsite. Programs are currently held in San Francisco, CA Menlo Park, CA, Austin, TX and Dallas, TX. Rings form close-knit bonds and members work together after the program, driving one another towards success and personal significance.

Interested in applying? First, confirm that you meet the following requirements:

  • You hold a vice president+, partner, managing director or founder title at an existing organization

  • You have presented in at least 3 public speaking engagements or have had at least 3 published articles

  • You are on at least one board (for-profit or non-profit) or volunteer for at least one organization

  • You are ready to commit to attending 6 out of 7 meetings during the course of the program year
